Modo Mio is the ultimate destination for traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist and atmosphere to match. At the helm of Modo Mio is ‘The Alfieri Family’, originally from Napoli followed by Adelaide & Sanctuary Cove, generating a loyal following from locals and visitors near and far, including many international celebrities.

In true Italian spirit, hugely passionate about the industry, our breadth of knowledge and desire to be the best in the space, exceed guest expectations is at the forefront of our approach to our food & beverage service. We strive to offer an unforgettable dining experience with elevated, traditional Italian cuisine whilst maintaining the true charm and essence of European hospitality.

We believe that no dish can be better than its ingredients and that the best ingredients are usually local.  Every day we make many decisions about what we eat and every one of our food choices has an ethical and environmental impact.  It is the best of coincidences that good food choices – those that are good for our land and people, for the environment, for the body and mind – are also delicious and enjoyable.
